Raly Report FAQs

Product

Raly Report is an AI-powered tool built for the entire LCAP process. It starts with your previous plan already parsed, walks you through a structured questionnaire for each section, drafts compliant narrative from your answers, and checks the full document before submission. You refine it, you own it, you submit it with confidence.

Raly Report covers the full cycle — your prior LCAP is parsed before you even log in, live data from the California Dashboard is pulled in automatically, and guided questions replace blank form fields. AI drafts compliant narrative from your answers, but all outputs are suggestions — your team stays in control of every decision. A final quality check helps you catch anything that could get kicked back by the county.

Yes — built specifically for California districts and aligned to current CDE requirements. Every output is grounded in California compliance standards, so you're never second-guessing whether your plan holds up.

Most AI tools help you write — Raly Report is built around how district staff actually work. Your prior LCAP is already loaded when you log in, live CA Dashboard data is pulled in automatically, and the interface is structured around the LCAP itself so you can navigate to any section at any time. No switching between systems, no starting from scratch.

Just an internet connection and a browser. No software to install, no IT setup required.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the size of your district. After your demo, we'll send a customized proposal. As a nonprofit, Think Digital's pricing is designed to fit district budgets.

Licenses are purchased annually, covering one LCAP year — from initial planning through submission and any revision periods.

No — Think Digital is a nonprofit initiative of Think Education, a 501(c)(3). That shapes how we approach pricing and who we build for.

Data & Privacy

Raly Report is designed for district administrative staff, not students. The platform does not collect, process, or store student PII, FERPA-protected records, or data subject to COPPA or SOPIPA. District data is logically isolated — one district's data is never accessible by another.

Your LCAP drafts and document content are never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. Aggregated, de-identified usage signals may be used to improve the platform.

Yes. Raly Report is built for district administrators working on planning documents — not for student records. The platform does not accept or process student-level data, and Think Digital operates as a service provider under applicable California and federal law.

Your data remains available for export for 30 days after your agreement ends. After that window, it's deleted from active systems within 30 days, and removed from backups within 90 days.
